Gary is responsible for the implementation of the IMTA goals and objectives set by the Board of Directors.  He works with all areas of the association including safety, membership, communications, public relations, advocacy and financial oversight.  He serves as the voice for trucking before both the state legislature and Indiana’s Congressional Delegation.  Gary also represents the industry by participating on several committees on both the state and national level. ​

​Kellie leads and oversees all aspects of IMTA membership.  She creates and implements strategies for recruiting and retaining members and acts as the main point of contact for membership.  Kellie is also the lead liaison for the IMTA's Safety and Maintenance Council (SMC) and provides membership with the best possible resources to enhance current and future safety processes and recognition programs.  She works closely with the SMC officers to achieve these results.

Barbara works closely with IMTA Officers,  the Board of Directors, Allied industry and the Councils and Committees to develop and implement policies and objectives for the association to ensure it maintains its values and meets established goals.   She is responsible for the day to day activities of the association, including staff responsibilities and associate development.  Barbara also oversees and maintains the financial budget for the IMTA under the direction of the treasurer.  She also leads IMTA event initiatives.

Sally provides general support to the IMTA staff and membership.  She is typically the first voice IMTA members hear when contacting the association.  Some of Sally’s key roles involve book keeping and working with membership on dues, event registrations, sponsorships and managing the general cash flow.  Sally also manages the IMTA's membership database and directory.  ​
