Roles and duties of Allied Officers include, but are not limited to:
* A commitment to serve one-year terms, beginning as Secretary/Treasurer, then proceed, up through the positions to Chairperson. * Determine, monitor, strengthen and promote programs and services for members. * Represent the Allied Industry at IMTA board of directors’ meetings. * Participate in IMTA events and speak on behalf of the Allied Industry. *Lead the annual Allied Industry meeting that takes place at the IMTA annual convention. help to recruit new Allied members and future officers.
Individuals employed by an IMTA Member Allied Company in good standing with the association are eligible for nomination. Once nominations are received, the Allied Officers put forth a slate of candidates for election.
The Mission of the Allied Industry is to support networking opportunities within the association. Allied members can showcase their products and services to carrier members throughout the year, deepening relations with current clients and establishing connections with future clients. We value integrity and help build business partnerships between IMTA members.
