My name is Jessica Zambon, and I am currently the Director of Safety and Driver Development at Online Transport, where I help lead strategic initiatives designed to enhance driver training, safety compliance, and overall operational excellence. Since joining Online Transport three years ago, I have dedicated my time to shaping a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring drivers are supported with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed on the road.
With 18 years of experience in the safety and transportation industry, I have built my career on a passion for protecting lives, improving processes, and helping drivers reach their fullest potential. Over the course of my career, I have overseen safety programs, developed training curricula, and implemented compliance standards that have made lasting impacts on both organizations and individuals. My leadership style combines industry expertise with a people-first mindset, allowing me to not only strengthen safety performance but also mentor and develop the next generation of transportation professionals.
I reside in Center Grove with my husband of 20 years, Trent, and our two dogs. Together, we are the proud parents of our son, Michael, who is currently serving our country in the United States Air Force. Outside of my professional responsibilities, I enjoy boating, camping, and spending time outdoors, especially with a good book in hand.
