Hello. I'm Josh Clines from Rushville, IN. I grew up there and now live in Rush County with my family. When I'm not working, I spend time with my family, going fishing, or I'm on the golf course. I was first introduced into the trucking world by being on the track maintenance team at Indiana Grand and Hoosier Park for horse racing. After my time there, I became a farmer at Gray's Seeds in Shelby County. I enjoyed my job at Gray's and learned a lot about semis, trucking, and hauling. The knowledge I gained from working at Gray's led me to a new truck sales rep position at Rush Truck Centers. I've been at Rush for 3 years, and it's been a rewarding experience. I've grown professionally while working with great people from all over the industry.

Michael Shipman is the Market Development Manager at the Vertical Alliance Group and has been with the company 10 years. He has been a member of the Indiana Motor Truck Association since 2015 when he first joined the industry. He is a past chairman of the Future Leaders Program (IMTA). He has also completed the Lead program through the American Trucking Association. Making connections with others in the industry and helping companies train their employees to become safer is what he is passionate about. He resides in Noblesville with his wife Hailey and sons Noah and Landon.
