The 2026 Indiana legislative session concluded on February 27, and while we made progress, the work is far from finished. Our top priority, tort reform, unfortunately was not achieved this session, but IMTA will be aggressively pursuing it again in 2027. As you are all aware, this issue remains one of the most significant threats to the long-term stability and cost structure of the trucking industry. |
