​Gary is responsible for implementing the IMTA goals and objectives the Board of Directors set. He works with all association areas, including safety, membership, communications, public relations, advocacy, and financial oversight. He serves as the voice for trucking before the state legislature and Indiana’s Congressional Delegation. Gary also represents the industry by participating in several committees at both the state and national levels.

Sally provides general support to the IMTA staff and membership. She is typically the first voice IMTA members hear when contacting the association. Some of Sally’s key roles involve bookkeeping, working with members on dues, event registrations, and sponsorships, and managing the general cash flow. Sally also manages the IMTA's membership database and directory. Sally's creative nature continually helps move this association forward.​

Jennifer works closely with IMTA Officers and the Board of Directors to develop and implement policies and objectives for the association to ensure it maintains its values and meets established goals through its Standing Committees. She focuses on industry issues such as Workforce Development, Truck Parking, Image, and the IMTA's Specialty License Plate Program. Jennifer also oversees and maintains the financial budget for the IMTA under the treasurer's direction.
