Ineffective and inconsistent communication are top reasons why people leave organizations. Even when delivered with the best intentions, messages can only be well-received if the other party accepts and understands them. By uncovering key generational insights and refining communication strategies, organizations can foster stronger relationships, reduce misinterpretations, and build a culture of clarity and cohesion.
Learning objectives
* Recognize and appreciate diverse team preferences to reduce misunderstandings across a multigenerational workforce
* Discuss the progression of channels over time and which is most appropriate to convey certain messages
* Learn how to adjust one's approach to build trust and foster connection across the team
