Eligibility Requirements

• This award will be presented to those who have excelled in fleet and commercial motor vehicle maintenance.
  
• Nominations submitted and unsuccessful for that year will be eligible again next year. Award winners will not be eligible for nomination again.
  
• Nominees must have been employed by an IMTA member company for the previous calendar year and must have performed duties directly related to fleet and commercial vehicle maintenance.
  
• Nominations must be made by the employer.
  
• The nominee and his or her employer may be required to produce records verifying the nominee's qualifications. All documents and documentation will be held in strict confidence.
  
• IMTA will appoint a team of judges to select the award winner. All nomination forms will be anonymous.
  
• Judging will be based on the nominee's professional qualifications and performance and their success in maintaining the fleet's highest degree of safety and operating efficiency.
  
• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO ATTEND THE SMC AWARDS BANQUET.
