Rules and Requirements

• Must work in commercial motor fleet vehicle and driver dispatch
• Nominated individuals are eligible for nomination again next year if they do not receive award
• Must have been employed by an IMTA member company, working in fleet and driver dispatch, for the previous year
• Nominations must be made by the employer
• Nominee and his or her employer may be required to produce records verifying qualifications, which will be kept confidential
• IMTA judges make the selection for the award, and nomination forms are kept anonymous
• Judging based on the professional qualifications and performance of nominees
• Nominee must be available to attend SMC Awards Banquet
