Review the proposed dissolution clause that will be added to the IMTA Bylaws if approved. This clause only concerns funds the IMTA earns by way of Gambling (including raffle ticket sales).

Section 11.1 Dissolution Statement
In the unlikely event that the IMTA would dissolve as an Indiana entity, all its remaining gaming related assets would be distributed to Truckers Against Trafficking, a nonprofit entity whose mission is to combat domestic sex trafficking along the highways of the United States.
