Andrew Boyle is Co-President of Boyle Transportation, a specialized trucking firm that provides exceptional quality, safety, and security to select clients in the bio/tech, pharmaceutical, government, and defense sectors. Andrew is currently serving as Chairman of the American Trucking Associations, the largest national trade association for the trucking industry. Additionally, he is a board member of the American Transportation Research Institute, past chairman of the Trucking Association of Massachusetts, a member of Northwestern University Transportation Center's business advisory committee, a trustee of Eastern Bank, and serves on boards and committees of several non-profits. Andrew earned his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and his BA from Bowdoin College. He currently lives with his family in suburban Boston.

Daniel Murray has more than 30 years of experience in myriad transportation fields including trucking research and economics, transportation safety technologies, and autonomous vehicles. As Senior Vice President for the American Transporation Research Institute (ATRI), Mr. Murray is responsible for managing transportation research, testing and evaluation activities, and leads multiple national activities including the US DOT-sponsored Freight Mobility Initiative. He also serves as Vice Chair of the Trucking Research Committee for the National Academies' Transportation Research Board, and presently sits on the boards of the Freight Mobility Research Institute, Mid-America Transportation Center, Northwestern University Telemobility Institute, US DOT Truck Parking Coalition, and the Minnesota Freight Advisory Committee. He received his BA from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota, and his MS from Northwestern University.

Doug Marcello, a shareholder with the law firm Saxton & Stump and Chief Legal Officer of Bluewire, is a trucking defense attorney with a CDL. He had represented trucking clients across the country, having been specially admitted for cases in 35 states. Doug received the 2018 Leadership Award of the ATA Safety Council. He has served on the advisory board of the American Trucking Research Institute. Doug is a member of numerous trucking organizations, including a board member of the PA Motor Truck Association, member of the American Trucking Association Safety Council, and a member of trucking law organizations including TIDA and Transportation Lawyers. He has written numerous articles concerning trucking safety and defense and is a frequent guest on the Mark Willis Show on SiriusXM Road Dog Trucking. George Hammond is the Director of the Economic and Business Research Center in the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona. He has decades of experience analyzing and forecasting state and local economies. His analysis has significant influence, reaching thousands of decision makers each year through conferences, publications, and press contacts. These have included NBC Nightly News, the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, the Boston Globe, and local media.

Pamela Blass Bracher has 18 years of experience in the transportation industry, holding various leadership positions and defending truck accident and cargo claims in various stages of pre-litigation and litigation. After almost 10 years in private practice, Pam began her transportation career by moving in-house with US Xpress, Inc. to oversee a team of commercial auto liability, cargo, and subrogation claims examiners, and a crisis response call center. She then moved into the transportation risk management sector supporting the Knight-Swift Transportation, Inc. family of companies and its captive insurance company, Mohave Transportation Insurance Company. Pam joined the ATA in 2022, where she works to advance the interests of the trucking industry on a wide range of public policy and regulatory issues, including lawsuit abuse reform, predatory towing reform, and cargo security. Pam graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law after earning her BA from Emory University (Political Science) and MPA (Financial Management) from the University of Cincinnati.
